Tulip Festival

Castiglione del Lago

The 55th edition of the Festa del Tulipano will transform Castiglione del Lago into a spectacle of colours, fragrances, and tradition from April 24 to May 3, 2025.
For over fifty years, the heart of the festival has been the magnificent parade floats, true works of art covered in real tulip petals. Crafted with passion and skill by local volunteers, each float tells a unique story inspired by cinema, music, history, and current events, offering spectators an unforgettable and evocative experience.
The parades are the most anticipated moments of the festival and this year they will bring the village streets to life on three occasions: the first will take place during the day on Friday, April 25, followed by the second on Sunday, April 27, also in the daytime, while the third and final parade will be held on Saturday, May 3, in a fascinating night-time edition.
The streets of Castiglione del Lago will be filled with musicperformances, and entertainment, thanks to the participation of marching bands, street performers, folk groups, and historical reenactment processions, making each parade an unforgettable experience. The Festa del Tulipano is not just a celebration of spring, but an opportunity to immerse oneself in a lively and engaging atmosphere that enchants visitors of all ages.
