Located in a lovely hamlet of just 5 other properties, the property has spectacular views of the Val di Chio, a stunning valley close to the town of Castiglion Fiorentino.

The hamlet is reached via a white road, in excellent condition. After approximately 1km, the hamlet is reached and the private parking for the property is located above and at the rear of the property. The property itself is located at the south end of the hamlet and is very private although it is detached to another property on one side.

The stone built property dates back to 1892 and many of the original features have been conserved and preserved over the years, such as the beautiful original stone fireplace in the living room and an original stone sink in one of the bedrooms.

After parking, we walked along the side of the house towards the front and when we came around the corner, something special happened.

A feeling of happiness came over us because, the first thing we saw was the spectacular view, that we could only have dreamed of.

Over the course of the 18 years, we have turned this magical place into an even more beautiful paradise with a lot of attention to the outdoors.

The countless times we have driven to Castiglion Fiorentino, via the panoramic road, never bores us. It is part of the wealth having the privilege to stay here.
